  • Returns allowed within 7–14 days
  • Item must be:
    • unused
    • in original packaging
    • with tags/accessories
    • with original receipt/invoice
  • Refund usually goes back to the original payment method
  • Processing time can take 5–14 business days depending on the company/bank

Customers Usually Can Get Refund If:

  • Product is defective
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Item damaged
  • Product not as described
  • Service was poor or incomplete

Items Usually Non-Returnable

Refunds
